The concert at Torņakalns Church will feature arrangements of popular Latvian music for kokle ensembles, with some pieces enhanced with the tembres of different instruments and the human voice.
Audiences will be able to hear solo performances by Latvian kokle ensembles, which will display the extensive technical and creative range of the concert kokle and its rich and varied sound, culminating in a joint performance by the united ensembles.
