We are looking for precise, disciplined, positive-minded team member with self-initiative and willingness to learn.
Accuracy, sense of responsibility, good communication skills;
Education or experience in office work;
Computer and office equipment knowledge;
Good LV, RU, EN language skills, desirable the knowledge of German;
B cat. driver’s license;
Desirable the knowledge and skills in accounting, law, project management.
Office telephone call acceptance and registration;
Document flow management, document registration;
A standard contract, letter etc. document preparation;
Communication with state and municipal institutions, document submission and receipt;
Communication with international manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs authorities;
Other activities related to the fulfillment of the office organization;
become a main support point in a dynamic team,
create a nice order and a feeling of pleasant atmosphere in our office and in the training room;
