Watex Estonia is looking for a Managing Director with vision and ambition
Watex is one of the regional leaders in the Baltic states, specializing in the manufacturing and sale of water filtration systems. Our products are used by both residential and commercial clients in more than 10 countries. As we expand into the Estonian market, we are establishing WATEX ESTONIA and are looking for a Managing Director to lead and oversee all local operations.
Your main mission – to lead and grow WATEX ESTONIA into a market leader.
Main responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of WATEX ESTONIA
Plan and implement business development strategies
Lead sales activities and customer service processes
Oversee logistics, warehouse, and delivery coordination
Maintain strong communication with clients and partners
Organize and supervise the local team
Represent the company in the Estonian market and build new partnerships
We expect:
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Previous experience in management or a similar role
Fluency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
Initiative, responsibility, and a growth mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Loyalty and technical thinking
