Handling incoming and outcoming calls, providing world class customer service and follow through the entire customer process from start to finish
Answers questions using proper protocol and provides information to caller. Ensures that calls are forwarded appropriately.
To handle difficult customers with professionalism
Assist other departments with general office duties
Directs calls appropriately and accurately documents the call to a call system and registration systems.
Fluent in English, Latvian, Russian. Scandinavian language is a strong advantage
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess the ability to prioritize, maintain a high level of attention to detail, organization, and flexibility.
Proficient in Word and Excel
Strong verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and energetic
Previous Call Center Experience would be a big plus
High school diploma or equivalent, or current student status.
