- Providing assistance to new and existing English speaking customers,
- Maintaining information flow and co-operation between order executives in the internal database,
- Answering incoming chats and phone calls.
- Fluent English (spoken and written),
- Professional communication skills,
- Willingness to meet and exceed company's goals and expectations,
- Proficient PC and Internet user,
- Ability to learn and work with new computer programs,
- International experience (both working and studying) is a big plus.
