Veikts remonts - atjaunota santehnika, jauna veļasmašīna. Nav gulta, jānodrošina pašiem, bet no esošajām mēbelēm drīkst atbrīvoties saskaņojot. Komunālie vasarā ap 60-80 eur, ziemā 140-180 eur, īre 250, depozīts 250.
Dzīvoklis kluss un silts, logi uz pagalmu. Pāri ielai Latgales parks, netālu Mols, Daugavas promenāde. Pie parka tramvaja pietura.
Lūgums darba dienās labāk rakstīt, brīvdienās var arī zvanīt. Paldies.
Pets are ALLOVED.
