Main responsibilities:
- Processing customer inquiries via email
- Understanding customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions
- Developing a creative approach to effective communication with different clients
- Knowing the company’s services and presenting them
- Coordinating emails and correspondence
- Organizing document flow (contracts, invoices, etc. )
- Communicating with partners and subcontractors from all over the world
We expect:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and organize your work
- A creative approach to customer interaction
- An energetic, enthusiastic, and determined personality
- Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English; German is an advantage
- Experience with electronic communication is preferred
- A positive attitude
