Superum AG is seeking a Secretary who is able to work effectively in a fast paced environment, can handle multiple tasks and demands and who has strong attention to detail.
In this position, the successful candidate must have the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and has strong time-management and organization skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining calendars, problem solving, arranging meetings, preparing letters, filing, maintaining and updating Outlook contacts, submitting expense reports, arranging travel
Provide general administration support to the Accounting & FP&A departments, including ordering office supplies, scheduling travel, meetings, owning the departments corporate credit and reconciling charges
Facilitate corporate bank deposits as needed
Complete, submit and maintain all documents/items requiring CAO approva
Run travel and expense reports
Manage and set up new services
Ensure appropriate cross-departmental communication of service changes/ enhancements
Specific knowledge, skills and abilities:
3 to 5 years experience supporting VP's or C-level executives
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Ability to prioritize and work independently, ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
Language skills (Russian and English is a must, German knowledge will be a plus)
